Hello and welcome to the Message Board of Chuck Dixon. Hopefully fun, entertaining, and informative, we understand that at times, it could become volatile, controversial, and full of debates. For these instances, the board requires a few rules and guidelines to keep things running smoothly and happily for all concerned. Above all, enjoy, discuss and even disagree, but, keep in mind your manners.

1. Choose whatever name you wish but under NO circumstances will you intentionally impersonate another poster.
2. Keep profanity off the Message Board. This is an all ages message board. (If you can't hear it on Network TV, don't say it here.)
3. There are a wide variety of topics allowed on this Message Board. You're welcome to kick off your shoes, relax, and post topics related to comics and the conversations that spawn out of the stories and art. The Message Board is currently undefined as to the amount of topics to be discussed so we can be pretty open ended and laid back. Most comic book related topics are open for discussion but preferably keeping on track with the books that Chuck Dixon has written.
4. Please keep character assassination of other freelancers, writers, artists, creators, etc. or bitter commentary on the unfairness of the comics biz off the message board. You can get that around the corner. Repeat: NO NAME CALLING.
5. Blatantly insulting behavior is prohibited. Please keep all discussions civil, please. If you disagree with someone, and want to post your disagreement, please use a comparable phrases like "I think your thought is silly" and not "You are silly" in explaining your disagreement. Please be courteous to others. If your statement reads as harsh, claiming it to be 'a joke people aren't getting' is a weak defense.
6. Sentiments of "hate" will not be tolerated. Negative criticism is not the same thing as hate. Please take the hate elsewhere.
7. You can use the Message Board as a forum to ask questions of Chuck Dixon. (If you have a message for Chuck that is not intended for public consumption, you may use the PRIVATE MESSAGE feature. Do NOT use this feature to pitch Chuck stories.)
8. No pyramid or money making schemes/scams will be allowed.
9. Remember the Golden Rule.
10. If there is a technical problem with the Message Board or a website related question, please e-mail the Assistant Moderator.
11. Chuck Dixon (and any visiting writer or artist) will not be responsible for similarities between your plot ideas for future comic stories, ideas in general, or thoughts in any work later published by the comics that Mr. Dixon (or other creators) may stumble upon and view on this message board. Instead, please use your own judgment or legal advice from your lawyers. Please follow the standard submission procedures set forth in the Submissions Guidelines section of the various comic book company websites to their respectful submissions editors.
Fan Fiction, Story Ideas and Related Issues: DIXONVERSE's Message Boards are NOT intended for use as forums for fan fiction or for the submission of story ideas or plots. Chuck Dixon is constantly coming up with new storylines, ideas, plot proposals, and new fiction. Chuck Dixon (or other creators) shall have no responsibility for any similarities between any fan fiction, story ideas or plot proposals posted on our Message Boards in violation of our terms and conditions and any works subsequently published by any comic company or any of our licensees as any such similarity shall be purely coincidental. By posting any fan fiction or proposed story ideas or plots on DIXONVERSE's Message Boards, you waive any claims for credit or consideration of any kind as a result of DIXONVERSE's publication or use of any similar matter in any manner or medium.

Subject to the guidelines above, the DIXONVERSE Online shall have the right to reproduce, and use any notes, messages/bulletin board postings, and all other materials that you may submit to the DIXONVERSE Message Board, e-mail, or send us by mail or package in any manner, including use for promotional and advertising purposes.
13. Your participation on the DIXONVERSE Message Board will constitute your agreement to these guidelines and the terms and conditions of use set forth below. Please note that because the interactive digital media and online technology continue to evolve, we reserve the right to modify and update our terms and conditions of use at any time. Your continued participation will constitute your agreement to be bound by such modifications and updates.
